A free learning platform for a teacher — ready, with no code

If you teach — privately, at a centre, or on an intensive course — and need a platform for your students, you do not have to build one or pay for it. In Ciiircle you make a circle, share its link in your students' group chat, and everyone joins in one tap from their phone. Inside the circle is everything you need: tasks, hand-ins and grades, quizzes that grade themselves, files, attendance, announcements, chat, and Neo — an AI assistant that has read your circle.

What you can do from day one

Every group gets a circle inside yours

With several groups — a Saturday group and a Tuesday group, say — you make one circle in your name and a circle inside it for each group. Everyone in your circle sees all the groups and joins the one that is theirs, in one tap or by a request you approve. The idea is close to WhatsApp Communities, except that each group holds its own tasks, grades and attendance.

Neo saves you time

Neo is an AI assistant inside the circle. Ask it to read a file you uploaded and draft a quiz from it — the draft is only created when you press confirm, and it opens in the quiz builder for you to review before you publish. Ask it “who hasn't handed in yet?” or “how is attendance?” and it answers from the circle itself, with your permissions.

What does the student leave with?

Every piece of real work a student does — a task handed in, handed in early, a quiz, a session attended, a file shared, and a missed deadline too — is written into their Academic Passport: a record in which no entry is ever edited or deleted, and which the student decides whether to share.

Start in three steps

  1. Make an account, and a circle in your name or your group's.
  2. Share the circle's link in your students' group chat — anyone with it joins, or sends a request you approve.
  3. Post your first task or quiz, and see hand-ins and grades in one place.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a free learning platform without coding?

Make an account on Ciiircle and make a circle — that is your platform. It holds tasks, hand-ins, grades, quizzes, files, attendance and chat, with no code to write and no hosting to pay for. You start free, and there is no paid plan today.

Do students need to install an app?

No. They use the browser on a phone or a computer, with an account, from the circle's link.

Can I give an online test that grades itself?

Yes. Multiple choice, true/false, short answers and numbers grade themselves; you grade essays. You set when it opens, its time limit, the number of attempts, and shuffle the questions.

Can I keep each group of students separate?

Yes. Each group gets a circle inside your main one, with its own tasks, grades, attendance and chat.

Can anyone other than my students get in?

Only people with the circle's link. To approve each person yourself, make joining a request and approve it from the member list.

Can someone help me grade?

Yes. Make them a moderator or an admin in the circle, and they can set tasks, grade and take attendance with you.

From a WhatsApp group to a circle — without losing anything

A WhatsApp group is great for talking, but assignments and grades get lost in it. Ciiircle gives your group a circle, joined by link, for tasks, grades and attendance.
