The Academic Passport: your real work, on record
A certificate says what you finished. The Academic Passport says what you actually did, and whether it was on time. Everything real you do in your circles on Ciiircle is written into it automatically — nothing to fill in by hand — and no entry in it is ever edited or deleted.
What is written into it?
- A task handed in, handed in early — and a deadline missed, too.
- A hand-in that was graded.
- A quiz completed, and a quiz graded.
- A session attended, and a session missed.
- A file you published, and when classmates find it useful.
- An announcement you published.
- A recognition from a peer.
- A circle you founded.
Why can't it be edited?
Because its value is that it is real. If something was recorded wrongly, the correction is written as a new, visible entry — the old one is not erased. So whoever reads the passport knows nobody polished it.
Who sees it?
The passport has a public page, and you decide whether to share it.
Where is it going?
Our aim is for the Academic Passport to become, over time, a record employers and scholarship bodies can rely on to see a student's commitment, contribution and impact. Today it is a record for its owner and their circles; no employer uses it yet.

Can I delete something from my passport?
No, and nobody else can either. If there is a mistake, the correction is written as a new, visible entry.
Do I have to fill it in?
No. It is written from what you do in your circles.
Who can see my passport?
It has a public page, and you decide whether to share it.
Do employers use it?
Not yet. That is the long-term aim; today it is a record for you.
