Neo: an assistant that has read your circle before it answers
Neo is not a general chatbot on the internet. It is an AI assistant that lives inside your circle in Ciiircle: it knows its tasks, dates, announcements and recent chat, opens its files and reads what is inside, and answers with your own permissions in the circle — it sees nothing you cannot see.
For students
- “What's due for me this week?” — from your tasks and dates.
- Explains or summarises a file your teacher uploaded.
- Quizzes you with practice questions from a file, to study.
- Plans your time before the deadlines.
- Tells you how your attendance stands.
For teachers and their team
- Who has handed in and who has not.
- An attendance summary.
- A quiz's results.
- A quiz draft from a file or a topic — only created when you confirm, and reviewed in the quiz builder before you publish.
Pick its role
Before you ask, you can choose how it helps: “Explain”, “Quiz me”, “Plan my time” or “Advise me”. Teachers and their team also have “Teaching assistant”.
It remembers what you ask it to
Tell it “remember that I like explanations with examples” and it keeps that as a note for later. You can see all of its notes and delete any of them. It never stores grades, health, or anything about other people.
Its limits
- It reads the circle you are in only — not the circles inside it, and not anyone else's.
- It creates and publishes nothing by itself; what it proposes is a quiz draft for a teacher, created only by their press.
- It cannot read scanned PDFs or images.
- Each person has 100 questions a day.
- It can be wrong, like any AI; its answers point to the task or file they came from so you can check.
Frequently asked questions
Does Neo read files?
Yes. It reads what is inside the circle's files — PDF, Word, PowerPoint and text — to explain, summarise or make questions. Long files are read in parts. It cannot read scanned PDFs or images.
What can Neo see in the circle?
Only what you can see: tasks, dates, announcements, recent chat and files. Things for staff — who has handed in, attendance, quiz results — it answers for staff only.
Can Neo do something without me knowing?
No. The only thing it proposes is a quiz draft for a teacher, which is only created when they press confirm, and reviewed before it is published.
Does it answer in Arabic?
Yes, in Arabic or English, following the language you write in.
How much does it cost?
It comes with Ciiircle, free, with 100 questions per person a day.
